We promote internally. Our Dispositions Manager started as a cold-caller. Our Acquisitions Specialists have clear paths to Acquisitions Manager. We invest in training (scripts, systems, REI education) and expect you to grow with the business.

Talk directly with sellers about their home and situation. Make offers. Negotiate creative structures. Close deals. This is our highest-impact role — if you're a strong communicator who loves connecting with people in real situations, this is where you'll thrive.
Once we have a property under contract, it's your job to move it to a cash buyer (or onto our own portfolio). You manage our investor list, negotiate assignment fees, and coordinate the handoff to our title company.
Our acquisitions engine starts with outreach. You make cold calls and send SMS campaigns to motivated seller lists, qualify the lead, and pass warm prospects to the Acquisitions team. This is a volume role with clear metrics.
You're the glue between Acquisitions, Dispositions, and closing. Process contracts, coordinate with Closeline Settlements, manage the deal pipeline, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks between "under contract" and "check in hand."
